I found Dr. Raby to be an excellent doctor. He is very kind and I feel comportable discussing my issues with him. He went into every detailed of my history before prescribing medications. 5 Years later, i am still with De. Raby always returns calls and listen to my problems with concern
He listens, cares & puts so much thought into what each INDIVIDUAL needs. I’m a difficult person to medicate. I take many unrelated meds and he makes sure it will not interfere with them but will also help me

Dr.Raby is a terrible doctor & was investigated by the DEA & NJ medical board because he was prescribing excessive amounts of oxys to patients turning them into heroin addicts. He's a psychiatrist not a pain management doctor, so there was no reason for him to be writing scripts for oxys. But he'll wrote a script for anything for his $300 office fee. He accepted a plea deal January 2017 which can be easily seen on the NJ state medical board website admiting his unethical behavior, had to attend ethics classes, is never aloud... read more
Dr. Raby is an amazing psychiatrist. He takes time to speak with his patients during appointments and is very responsive when contacted in between visits. Highly recommended.
