Used to love this place. I went there often and recommended it to friends. Not after today. Worst experience I've had in a long time. To the woman claiming to be the manager - Why did you have to take it there? One of the challenges of living in NYC is deciding where to spend one's money, given the dizzying array of options. You just made that challenge a little easier.
