I am sharing an experience I had here where the staff selectively enforced their dress code policy in a discriminatory way. While white patrons wearing baseball caps and hats were freely let inside, security twice targeted me for wearing a headband that I use to manage my dreadlocks. Selective enforcement that penalizes Black patrons for their hair while ignoring headwear on white patrons is biased and unacceptable.
