WORST CHOICE EVER MADE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. BEEN OVER FIVE MONTHS IN TRYING TO GET GLASSES MADE CORRECTLY AND THEN WHEN FINALLY GOT ONE PAIR OF TWO ORDERED RIGHT HAS STILL BEEN SIX WEEKS WAITING ON SECOND PAIR REMADE AND ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DEAL WITH. Had an awesome experience today at Wiley X's main offices in Livermore! I originally bought a set in Kuwait while deployed in 2009 and had that same pair for 3~4years and they were still in great shape when I gave them away (scratch-proof lenses, military-grade frames, ANSI safety approved, etc...). I never got the chance to get another set until we on our way home from San Jose and am extremely happy we stopped. Great glasses for anything outdoors! Good looking and comfortable. ���
Poor customer service and company. They won't honor their warranty for the quality of the lenses which had the coating start to peel.
Great glasses but as a vendor it's upsetting that our own Wileyx sales reps have no idea what inventory is on hand until a product is ordered. Extremely disappointing that vendors do not have access to live inventory feeds. We've essentially been forced to stop carrying your products.
