Was with this storage place for 1.5 years only to go pay rent 1 day and find out my storage had been cleaned out jennifer the so called manager tried to say a family member must of came and cleaned it out after arguing my family was is a whole other state so there’s no way she comes out and try’s to say someone must of broke in and I said ok don’t you guys have cameras check them his reply was no I’m not gonna sit there and check every single day because I don’t know what day it happen and said it’s my fault for not checking... read more

Most of my belongings were stolen from my unit here on or around april 7, 2025 when I first got the voicemail from Jennifer the manager. She also told me 2 total units were broken into and stolen from. Next day I filled out a police report. The police representative told me that within the past few months about 4 POLICE REPORTS HAVE BEEN FILED BY PEOPLE WHO HAD THEIR UNITS BROKEN INTO AND THEIR BELONGINGS STOLEN AT WILEY STORAGE LOCATIONS ALL ACROSS THE CR. I was loosing faith in this place, as the lock i bought right there, the key that came in the package with the lock would not open it. They called me 2 weeks AFTER my stuff was there saying I didn't have a lock on it and asked if I put food in there Yes I did & NO ABSOLUTELY no food or appliances of any kind. So I came all the way to town, to see the lock I put on there was on there & the called me about someone else's unit cause I was in the lower part, they were calling about someone in the upper part. Very convenient & safe location. We kept glue traps in the unit and didn’t have anything except spiders & a couple of bug so very, very clean too! Plenty of space to drive a trailer to your unit. Staff was always prompt in answering questions! Website is super easy to navigate to reserve and pay the monthly rental too!
