I've been going to John since I was 13 years old. He has helped me with my vision issues for more than 3 decades. My wife and son now go to him. Great service.
Was charged for 2 cartons of contacts and only got one. They won't correct it and continue sending bills a 18 months later.
Have been going to Dr Wiles since he first started practicing when I was about 11. Even when my insurance changed and he wasn't a preferred provider still continued seeing him. Very personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Wouldn't trust my eyes or my family's eyes to anyone else. Would highly recommend to anyone.
They would not give me my prescription without paying in full before I left their office. They were adamant that I return the next day to look at new frames. Unless I did so, my prescription would not be released. I could not promise to return due to work and was made to pay $180 up front. I have insurance and should have only paid a $20 copay. Furthermore, staff sat laughing and looking at pictures online while I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. No other clients came out as I waited.
