Went to go look at a place that is on their web page and the place is nonexistent
I rent from a hanzie managed property. Property is ok, uncomfortable with improper insulation (hot in summer, cold in winter). Experience with things in general are ok. However, they prefer online rent payment, and charge YOU for it. They also do really invasive inspections where they take pictures of the apartment while you are still in it. NSA much? Staying anonymous to prevent retaliation, but what makes the experience one star is the invasion of privacy.
