Terrible experience. This Dr. could use a class in bedside manner. My mother went to him, struggling to walk and despite our apologies he tells her “this is ridiculous” when she struggled to walk to the waiting room area after he gave her an injection. Would not recommend.
Dr wilen has treated my family over the yrs from my son’s fractures to my knees and back . He is always accommodating and professional. High recommendation.
THE OLD WOMEN RECEPTIONIST IS EXTREMELY RUDE.they screw up my appointment then try to brush me off this in the staten island office
I’ve been going to Dr. Wilen since 2019 after being a pedestrian and hit by a pick up truck ever since then I’ve been in horrific pain and it’s getting worse. Dr. Wilen is a true professional orthopedist. He knows what I’m going through and sympathize it and has compassion for me I don’t know what I would do without him. Thank you, Dr. Wilen
I am a new patient and gone a few times. I want to say that the staff is so nice and very caring. I want to give cheers to Lauren & John for always treating me so nice and they care how I am feeling.
