This review does not reflect Wildwood storage quality of service... Owner goes through storage units removing valuable items before releasing them to auction. Do not trust any auctions coming from this location.

Wow Guy super nice to me, very helpful and excellent communication with him even I'm deaf person. Super easy to sign up and storage inside super quality and clean. Have live camera to secure area 24/7.

This guy is worthless, told me to leave my keys in the unit with the lock and he would credit me back. The unit has been empty for 4 months because he can't answer his phone. I have a conversation with him recorded saying that the unit isn't is real job. Drove there to turn in my lock and keys and been payed up for 2 weeks. But can't turn the lock and key In because I'm locked out of a fully payed unit. I wouldn't be so upset but he refuses to answer my calls.

The owner is terrible. Do not get a lock from him as he will access your unit and go through ur items. He stole from me. I asked why he accessed my items and stole from me. He told me to f-off! Be ware and do not take your business there. I learned my lesson and store with a more reputable storage company.

spoke with owner as I was $20 dollars short on $110 bill asked him to let me know if it was a problem to let me know, he did not contact me and locked the unit after paying over $400 the previous month. No notification or contact and has no returned calls
