Very clean and new appliances. Convenient location. Very quick response to repair maintenance. Very nice and respectful office staffs, especially Denise and Ana.
The apartment is in excellent condition!! The floors were refinished and walls were painted and blemish free!!! The owners and staff are very respectful and soooooo nice!!! The maintenance on the courtyards is beautiful!!! This complex is a wonderful place to live in!!!
This is a great community and I and have had a great experience with the management team + superintendent. They are kind, professional, and responsive, and I appreciate that the property feels well cared for. The superintendent is very prompt and helpful, and does a great job keeping the apartments in excellent condition. Staff is very rude and they are unprofessional! I’ve had plumbing issues and despite maintenance coming, they never fixed the issue. One morning maintenance came to fix an issue and knocked, by the time I got out of the bedroom they were entering into my apartment without my permission! They are not professional and it is not safe! I’ve had conversations with Stacy who is suppose to be a manager there but is very rude and condescending. We lived in this apartment complex 8 years. We had a studio in building 17. The landscaping was beautifully kept the entire time. Maintenance was prompt. The grass areas were constantly mowed and maintained. Trees, bushes, flowers and other plantings were cared for as well and kept beautiful.
