It took nearly a year to address water damage in my bathroom. When repairs were finally attempted, I was left without a working toilet for 12 hours with no prior notice or warning.
Renting from Wildwood Property Management has been such a smooth and easy process. Any time there are any sort of maintenance issue, they handle the requests promptly. Each of their contractors has been so polite and professional, which was a big change from renting at an apartment complex. If I could leave 10 stars I would! Thank you for such an amazing renters experience!
Very disappointed in the lack of management my property has. I feel the review left by Alex describes it best.
Rented with them for years. Always had quick responses to plumbing issues or high wind damage, etc. As a former tenant I would rent with them again.
