We’ve never experienced anything but the absolute best care with everything from routine physicals to sick visits. Our concerns are always listened to and the providers are wonderful with our kids. I recommend this group to everyone.
My Mom took all 5 of us there when we were kids and suggested that my wife and I take our 4 kids there when we moved back from FL. Unfortunately, after 6 years with them, they refused to see my kids due to a $73 bill that I overlooked. I offered to pay it but was told it was too late and they sent me to collections for the $73. They made a fortune off of my family and kicked us to the curb over $73!
Had an excellent New Patient/Annual Physical experience in the Old Saybrook office today! Thank you to Sue, Allison & Karen for treating me and my son with so much respect and care. <3
