Had such a great experience. Tamra, the front desk attendant was simply wonderful. She was kind, attentive and flexible when it came to a slight mis-communication about my reservation. Nice rooms, great pool and wonderful location next to the machine shed and thunder bay grille. I would come again just for the superior customer service
I came here for a quick one night stay with my sister and nephew. The customer service here is unmatched! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Tamara at the front desk made us feel like we were staying at an old friends house. The breakfast attendant Scott was also extremely kind and took pride in his work. The breakfast here was better than most large chain hotels. The beds are soft and bedding is nice.The room was clean and cozy with a generous size fridge. Also a free local beer at check in!
