My mother just died here. I don't know if it was their fault but I do know that this place is horrible. I came to visit 3days before she passed and had to clean her room. Trash was overflowing. Random nurse cover up gowns balled up on the floor. Her belongings tossed around the room (atleast what wasn't stolen). She did not get pain medication on time. Hello I have been visiting one of my love ones at this nursing home and I have walked in and seen the staff and the aids on there personal cell phones and the residents is not being taking care of correctly and the rooms hasn't been cleaned properly
I was here in the middle of 2020 and what I went through still haunts me now. Every time I mention that I was a patient here, people react by saying "oh god I'm so sorry. that place is hell" and they say it was also bad before COVID. Some of the stuff that happened was out of their control due to all the COVID lock downs I know. But so much of it was inhumane. I am a type 1 diabetic and they gave me a completely outdated insulin regimen that could have killed me. If I did have my family able to visit me, they would have been... read more
Overall not a great experience...Workers are nice, but I feel they were slow on getting things done for my family member and I can never reach anyone over the phone...
This place is like a second home. They have best staff and nursing!
