It started out great and then started to decline It appeared as though they became subsidised
Appartment flooded during Harvey. 24 hours of radio silence from "corporate" as to what their plans are. No word on relocations or rent abatement. Unacceptable.
The apartments are great, unless you need anything from management. If you enjoy an absent management team, random rent increases, and maintenance requests never being fulfilled, this is the right place for you! My mother rents another unit in the complex and had to hassle for over a month to get a major fire hazard corrected. But if you never need anything, the complex itself is nice and peaceful. Oh and these are in a floodplain.
Ms. Jessica was the sweetest, most patient (our girls had ice cream before we visited) most lovely person to us!! We visited at the end of her day while she was quite busy but, she showed us around as if we were close friends and the only future tenants there! Such a personable, professional young woman! We're really looking forward to making the move to such a beautiful property!! There's a gorgeous pool and even a fully stocked catch and release LAKE!! Love the place!!
