"I hadn’t heard anything from this complex about being approved and when I tell them I was leasing somewhere else, I was all of a sudden approved yesterday morning...after I had went up there yesterday afternoon to ask. “We will call you when we hear something.” It’s 4 o’clock on the day I’m suppose to move. I had to call you. Don’t start talking about a lease and me being approved now. I moved on. Then I got this email 20 mins later. Now I have to write a nasty review on Google."
in my welcome letter I was proving the address where I would be living and the monthly rent. a week before moving in they increased the monthly rate due to getying it move in ready and then called it an upgrade. they said that they could give me another apartment for the price promised way in the back of the complex up against the woods..in the back of the building on the 3rd floor.
