They arrived at my place exactly the time they said they would. I led the tech to my garage to check our ice maker. He was thorough with his diagnosis and efficient with his repair. I was kept informed all throughout the service. Every charge quotes was explained and I find it reasonable. Stellar all the way.
No show. No call backs. Transferred to dead lines. Horrible customer service. Completely unorganized. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They will waste your time!!!

Very poor customer service. Made an appointment for Thursday 3 -6 pm onsite repair of my washer. Left work early and waited the entire 3 hrs at home...no call and no show. At 6 pm I called to find out where the Tech was...finally got a call back at 7 pm saying he wasn't coming that night, but that he would call and show up the next morning. Morning came and went, no call, no Tech. I called AGAIN Friday noon only to get an answering machine, left message, no return call all day.
