Living here was exhausting because of one thing: the management. David is by far the most dismissive, abrasive, and unprofessional manager I’ve ever encountered. He talks down to tenants, shows zero respect, and turns even simple conversations into confrontations. The stress he creates completely overshadows anything good about the property. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. No apartment is worth dealing with management this consistently unpleasant. I’d rather live on the streets.
This review is my personal opinion crafted from my personal experience w/ Teronomy & Wildwood. This apartment epitomizes 1980s luxury but shows a complete disregard for your living situation, in my opinion, from countless examples of rudeness, carelessness & downright foul play. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! The company needs to hire a new property manager. David Is very rude and unprofessional and treats women with disrespect. Property allows pets but many tenants complain and want to tell you where they can use the bathroom and can walk and David tries to enforce that even though there are no restrictions in the lease. He says older tenants have seniority. Supposedly the property is family friendly but David won’t allow the kids to play outside or ride their bikes and not even take out the trash.
