Decent apartments
I waited awhile after I left to review because of poor management practices. First bad signs were during move in. The decade plus old carpet was not replaced liked promised, I complained of being hurt by bad carpet staples and nothing was done. While pre cleaning I found fake nails in kitchen cabinets and a caked with grime washing machine. The pool was barely open for resident use. Current resident of 10 months as of this review. Terrible place to live, they do "upgrades" but leave the mess before moving in (new doors and rollers on pantries that left sawdust everytime after using, light fixture chandalier in the kitchen held up by a single ziptie, a broken ceiling fan, etc) They will end your lease after a year for no reason, which is likely to raise prices which are already outrageous.
