Staff is intrusive and expect “random inspections.” We went a collective month without a washing machine because they kept trying to repair it which kept braking again almost immediately. If you live on first floor, expect noise from upstairs apartments to be very noticeable. We left after a year and spent an entire day cleaning the place. They still tried to charge us a cleaning fee and window screen replacement although the video I took showed none of that. DO NOT MOVE IT! be prepare to document everything on your checklist and photos becuase get your security deposit back is a nightmare and illegal for them to charge for certain items. I was charge to replace carpets that were not new and had bleach stain damages that were documented prior to moving in. i was charge for the damages to the cerment floor underneath the carpet. Living here was exhausting because of one thing: the management. David is by far the most dismissive, abrasive, and unprofessional manager I’ve ever encountered. He talks down to tenants, shows zero respect, and turns even simple conversations into confrontations. The stress he creates completely overshadows anything good about the property. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. No apartment is worth dealing with management this consistently unpleasant. I’d rather live on the streets.
This review is my personal opinion crafted from my personal experience w/ Teronomy & Wildwood. This apartment epitomizes 1980s luxury but shows a complete disregard for your living situation, in my opinion, from countless examples of rudeness, carelessness & downright foul play.
