Look, I don’t actually live here but I live on a street that butts up to these apartments and I would never suggest living here if you value your sleep. There are kids outside screeching well into the early morning most nights of the week, even during the school year. It’s insanely loud from my house with all of the windows closed so I can only imagine how loud it is if you actually live here. Definitely wouldn’t recommend moving in if you have literally any reason to be awake in the morning.
I left all my contact information with Wildwood Apartments, clearly stating they could reach me if there were any issues. Two years later, I discovered they had sent an account to a collection agency without ever contacting me. I received zero communication from them during that entire time. When I tried to address the issue, the manager was rude and dismissive. Their handling of former tenants is completely unprofessional, unfair, and unacceptable.
