I have been lied to since I signed my lease June of this year and I don’t plan on staying. I will not sign another lease, my apartment was not move in ready. The things that needs to be completed is not being even close to being completed or looked at. It seems that the only time they want to enter is when you’re not home so they can tell you anything. They are forever leaving early or the office is not open this why things can’t get addressed or done. I can’t wait until this lease is up!!! If you can avoid this place.
Don't move here, for less than 1000 square foot. They want $1200 a month. Rent goes up every year. No upgrades, no pool, no upgrade appliances, there's pet fee's. Maintenance is unknowledgable, also no cameras for your safety.
Kids screaming EVERYDAY. In the rain, in the dark, in the leaves, in the cold. Skateboarding in the snow on salt, riding bikes and scooters, upstairs and downstairs, over every crack. Foot balls hitting your door and windows. Club meetings in the echo prone mailroom and by my window, sitting on bikes, with two elbows on my windowsill, looking in your window. If 0 stars was an option, I would go below that. The maintenance team is almost non existent, the home conditions are astoundingly poor. I think the condemned signs should be your first and last red flag of wildwood. Although the units may seem nice on the inside, the construction and foundation of these complexes are perplexing. There is black mold in the walls. Under the sinks, and many other spots, it’s not a hard find.
