If 0 stars was an option, I would go below that. The maintenance team is almost non existent, the home conditions are astoundingly poor. I think the condemned signs should be your first and last red flag of wildwood. Although the units may seem nice on the inside, the construction and foundation of these complexes are perplexing. There is black mold in the walls. Under the sinks, and many other spots, it’s not a hard find.
