Maintenance is not great at all , have to keep calling up for the simple things to get answers , our apartment has mold and when it rains our carpet gets wet in certain areas n smells damp. Full off bugs , very old apartments and they try to brush you off .
I am greatful that I was able to move back to apartments so close to uptown at an affordable rate. However, I have had issues with the management staff since I have been here. Upon moving in, I took pictures and sent them to the entire management team to review. I have never had a shower/tub that was completed painted. I moved in my apartment November of 2020.
