They are so courteous that they even leave a note on your door saying so!!

i honestly wouldn t rate it 1 star.. the place sucks and i ve been trying to contact the maintnence people about the leaky celing and broken dishwasher. i mean at first me and my husband liked it..untill things started to fall apart..(dishwasher and oven handle) there is also random cracks in the wall that weren t there when we first moved in, majority of the time our water is turned off and the staff is just unprofessional. i wouln t recommend this place to anyone, it just all out sucks and i can t wait to move out.
Ive lived here over a year now. They have fixed the plumbing and the laundry rooms. Its a pretty good value for the money. No roaches, no intrusions, generally quiet.
Not Professinally Managed and every 2 to 3 weeks there wont be any hotwater for the residents, they take anywhere from 3 days to one week to fix hotwater. I vacated two months ago I did not received my deposit back until now, whenever I call the location they say that head office in dalls is mailing the check.I am thinking of complaning to the Texas Apartment Owners Assosiation.
Every since me and my husband has moved, the water has been cut off and on more times than anything. And now my guest bathroom cieling has fell in due to my air conditioning leaking water.That happened 3 days ago and they still havent came and cleaned it up or fixed it.
I hate this place. Takes them forever to fix something and when they do its half A\$&ed. Took 4 Months to get a screen door that way to big for the door. Hot water is always breaking. You try to get something done because they take so long so you talk to the office but they pass it to someone else that doesnt communicate to anyone so nothing gets done.
