Had a ton of bugs on the front of the car from highway driving and didn't expect all of them to come off, but it looked like none of them did. Very weak wash system. Parked to use vacuums and noticed soap still on the back of the car/trunk. Not in a crack/crevice, just soap running down the back of the car. Rinse didn't work. Was a long term monthly plan customer, quite a few years, I read online it was to be terminated, after 8 emails and calls and not a single person could respond, its honestly ok... they did a shitty job the last few years, and damaged my door, it was slight damage, and in all honesty, if customer service had been even slightly better, I would pay to return weekly... nope! Down the street my business will be :)
This place does a killer business, pushing cars through one right after the other unless it's raining. Whey they first opened the wash seemed quite a bit better, but now they are pushing cars through as fast as possible so you're getting the blowoff of the car in front of you when you're at the end of the car wash. Went today, was handed the flyer showing a price increase for the monthly plan. It's only $5 more, which isn't terrible but they're blaming it on the Time of Use (TOU) increase in electrical rates. They discriminate against Uber and lyft, and don't let them use the $19.99 unlimited, now I already had the service for like 3 months, and they come saying yesterday, that I couldn't use that service anymore
I went there a few times first two experiences were okay third time Bad!! They to let in too many people to get their car washed not enough vacums for everyone to get a vacum let alone dry the car off.
