RecommendedDawn always has so many amazing plants to choose from, with a huge variety of colors, textures and habitat needs - something for every space in the garden! And her plants grow bigger, stronger and attract more beneficial insects than the others I have out there. Plus its always just a joy to wander the gardens and chat for a while!

This is a magical place! There is a huge and well cared for selection of natives here. While I didn’t meet Dawn, her helper was super friendly and encouraged us to take a stroll through her gardens. You can see her selection of native plants in her own landscaping designs. Absolutely gorgeous. We wanted one of everything, but could only take what our car could hold. Regular garden centers don’t come close to offering the quality that WildThings does.
Dawn created three large garden beds in my back yard (which is very large). The prior owners had grass throughout the entire back yard. I gave Dawn some ideas of what I was looking for, and she picked so many beautiful plants. My lovely gardens are blooming well into the fall. I absolutely love how WildThings completely transformed the back yard. Now it is such a lovely place to relax.

Dawn ALWAYS has what I am looking for! She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions that I may have. I have been purchasing from WildThings Rescue Nursery for almost three years now and I have NO reason to purchase native plants from anywhere else. CAN NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!

Dawn is extremely artistic and knows her plants well. she has designed and installed a bog as well as regular gardens. Her plants are all New York natives, some endangered or threatened with extinction, and so they do well year after year. Visiting birds, butterflies and other pollinators make for lovely side effects of her work!
