they had no respect for us. she called asking about my grandmothers bill. we informed them that she was on hospice. she made the comment that she hoped she didn't pass too soon cause she needed to take care of her bill. that was just rude. they hope she stays alive long enough just to pay them, I get they need their money but they could have been a little less rude about it instead of only caring about money and not even offering condolences. These guys are the best! They installed the plumbing and heating when we built this house. They installed the plumbing for our sprinkler system. They have repaired our furnace a couple of times. They just installed a new shower valve, kitchen faucet, and 7 sectionalizing valves for us. Fantastic service!! Real professionals!
Wondering when Wild’s owners will be calling my Mom to see about covering the cost of photo restoration of hundreds of family pictures, following a negligent dishwasher hook-up. My Mom had a dishwasher installed 12/2019 and there was a slow leak into the basement. We’d had all our pictures out because my Dad passed away last year. Plumbers did come fix the leak recently at no charge, but no one contacted her. Just sent a $0.00 invoice. See pictures and notes.
We have been a Wild’s customer for 7 years. Their Tech Joe was just here on an emergency call for no heat. He found a short in some wiring and fixed it right away. I am VERY impressed with Joe’s high level of experience and knowledge. 5/5 stars for Joe and Wild’s!!

I will never use or recommend this company again to anyone . when a $65 shower cartridge is charged on your bill at $203.00. AND the billing person you talk to is rude .
I originally hired a different plumber from Midland who charged me an astronomical rate for minor repairs done to my home. The additional repairs I needed were becoming more complicated than seemed necessary to me by this plumber and so I called Wilds for an estimate. I had them come out and do an estimate for a furnace, after waiting months(which I was fine with.) For an install date, we had them do a 2nd estimate job, after that we called asking about financing, and Megan told me she would call me back as the 2nd estimate paper work was not back, waited she never called back, when I then called her back, she told me that because it was so close to the install date, it would have to be pushed back almost another month.
