I was out of town and my house sitter and my puppy found an injured/ill squirrel in my backyard. Oren was so kind and communicative. He promptly removed the squirrel and treated it with care so that my yard was safe for my pup. I highly recommend WildOut and Oren Smith for personal, kind, responsive service.

I had a horrendous smell coming from underneath my house. I was referred to Wildout by another Wildlife removal company who was not available. Oren and Mike came within a few hours of my call. Oren knew exactly what the smell was. Within a matter of minutes, they removed the deceased cat from under the house and will dispose of it. Such an important job for those of us with weak stomachs! It's hard to find a business that does a good job. Wildlife Animal Removal did an outstanding job. Explained and answered all my questions. Started the day I called. Came to my house each time I called. Never left me hanging. Even after they paid in full. Took the time needed and fixed my house so no future critters would get in. No complaints from me. Ray is affable and typically quick to respond to me. We've been trying to get the rats out of my house for about a month now. One has been trapped, there's another one still here. I know this is a process, and the company's been great, I'm disappointed it's taking so long.
On April 15, 2021, Meghan came and set a trap for a opossum. She said that she would be back in one week to pick it up. She came back to pick it up 2 1/2 weeks later. When I went out about 5 days before she came, the trap was closed or broken. I saw a rusty wire that didn't look like it was attached anymore. No animal could get into it, so her equipment didn't work.
