This was my 4th visit with Annika! She did my daith before, and I came back today for my rook. I know it may sound weird to say I felt no pain with either, especially since they’re two of the more challenging ear piercings, but I truly didn’t. Even with my anxiety, she made both experiences amazing. She’s patient, knowledgeable, honest, and gives recommendations based on your anatomy. My 16yo daughter and I went to get her daith pierced…ended up getting matching piercings! Went back for more😊 The team is incredibly sweet, accommodating, relaxed, personable and funny. We have seen both Luna and Heather and they are THE BEST! Honest and knowledgeable about piercing for sure!! My go to gals and place!! 100% recommendation!!

Honestly, I'd go somewhere else unless you just like spending money. The staff were nice and everything was cute and clean, but I left having spent $600 for my second lobes and an earring exchange. You have to buy their jewelry, which is very expensive imo, and you are charged for each part of the earring (front, flat back, barbell, ball end, etc.) I was surprised when I was told I would have to pay more if I wanted the other ball end to be gold (instead of titanium) to match the barbell/front ball I picked out. Wonderful experience! Annika was great and took her time explaining everything in detail. This is the place to go for piercings! My daughter felt at ease the entire time.
