Very pleased with the service from Wildlife Solutions Ottawa. We had a family of 5 skunks living under our shed in our backyard. Andrew was able to put a barrier down around the shed and a one way door so the skunks could leave but not get back in. His work was very efficient and he cleaned up so well, the backyard looked better after he was done than when he started! We would highly recommend his company as a method to get rid of pests in a permanent but humane manner.
I had an excellent experience with Wildlife Solutions Ottawa. Yesterday, I heard scratching and gnawing noises in my attic, so I reached out to several companies. Unlike many others that had only voicemail, Wildlife Solutions answered my call right away with a real person. The phone conversation was professional and reassuring. Andrew was fantastic. He was the only one who was contactable (all other local services never called back or had answering machines). When he came for an inspection he was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Immediately helped find the issue with a pigeon nest, and also came to give even more advice above + beyond. Emailed another company about a wasp nest growing on my house, seeking information and a quote. After more than 24 hours I'd received neither. Contacted Andrew outside of his working hours and within 45 minutes I had both a quote and an appointment setup for the next morning. Was honest about what he could and couldn't do. Andrew was very professional and effective! Had a racoon problem under my back step and it was dealt with right away with lots of hard work to achieve this. Mom and babies were safely brought out. Andrew is very Knowledgeable and compassionate regarding the issue and the animals. He also followed up to make sure no one was left behind. Amazing job!
