concerning the review before mine: if you have someone coming out to your home concerning such an usual problem. Let em come out and if you don't feel comfortable with them, don't use them. Don't be asking for assessments and that's ridiculous. If you want an assessment, take a class. What this guy had to go through to get our raccoon and her baby's out of our attic was extraordinary, for $200. Then when we finally trapped he came out on a rainy Sunday night! Way beyond the call of duty.

Terrible!!! DO not call this man. he is rude and very unprofessional. He does not want to work. He was very argumentative on the phone because he was so concerned about the payment. He was not willing to come and "assess" the situation before confirming payment. I can't even believe he has a running business, and he must of written this review below because he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Good luck!

The guy from this company was very knowledgeable about the problem we were having (raccoons in our attic) and took care of the problem with a minimum of hassle. He showed up when he said he would and was very professional. I'd definitely use them again.
