We had Wildlife management come out this summer to help with a snake and mouse problem in our basement. At first we thought they were thorough and checked the barrier of the house for possible entry points of the snakes and mice. They then set traps at those areas and we’re supposed to come out every other day to check traps. After speaking with you today and trying to work with you, you refused to give our company an opportunity to rectify the situation. We have a warranty on the work provided, but since you did not give us the opportunity to honor our warranty, we are not sure how else to assist.

Had a call today and got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I requested an inspection for bats. I am being treated with painful expensive Rabies series as I was bit in my bed while asleep. I have the fang marks and medical bills to confirm. I called and was told a thorough inspection would be done in my home to locate the bat. The technician did not look in ANY ROOM, and told me I would eventually see it flying around. WHAT????? We paid $700 to have moles & wood chucks removed from our yard. This company did not take care of our problem at all and our yard is the worst it has been for years. They pulled up the traps and discontinued service leaving us high and dry and out $700 while we were on a 1 week vacation. They snuck out and now they say it's been "two weeks" so we'd have to pay another $700. It has NOT been two weeks and they never got rid of our moles. Worst company I've EVER dealt with.
