I had a wildlife situation at that they were able to quickly help me resolve. A few days later I got a follow-up call just to check that everything was still going well. They'll be my first call for any problems in the future.
I called 3 large companies which all had some ridiculous automated voice system to get through then waited on hold. I left a message with Shane and he got back to me quickly with all the info I needed.
