Overall, I’m very happy with my home. I have had inquiries about the experience from other potential buyers, so I am posting a Google review. Overall quality is good and the general contractor is fantastic to work with to remedy any issues that may arise with construction. However, after I closed, I found out that the only SmartHome they offered and installed does not offer its functions after 2030 due to a legal sunset on the website (Clare - see photo).
