The service department made a hole for me and took my bike in the same day and repaired it and also gave me a loaner bike to ride while mine was being fixed! Special thanks to Phil and all of the service department for helping us have a fun and enjoyable vacation instead of what could very easily have been a bad and not fun at all vacation!
