Lovely salon. Got a hair wash and cut from Monica, who was very nice, knowledgable and confident in her work. She advised me well and I was very satisfied :)
I’ve tried calling this place several times as I live very close by and every time, I get so frustrated with that lengthy conditional outgoing message, I hang up. Haha. I mean, just answer the phone like other salons, please. That’s part of good customer service. We shouldn’t have to do homework to make an appointment. Or get a dang web site! I spent my career in advertising. This is not smart business!
I showed up as a walk-in and Monica was nice enough to fit me in. I asked for layers and she did a great job.
