Terrible place and you can’t afford electric with their leaky windows. Buildings are on a fault line and cracks everywhere. $300 electric bills due to poor insulation. Stay away. Management is terrible to deal with too. Luxury villas? I don’t think so. Look elsewhere and do yourself a favor
This is in reference to the Feb. 14, 2018 review concerning my son's $250 deposit being refunded. It has now been refunded by Wildflower Villas.
