Booked a lymphatic massage for after surgery. First opponent. Was great, second not so much. I booked a 30 min appt at 1030. She forgot something and didn’t start the massage until 1035. That’s fine. At exactly 1050 she said ok all done get dressed then runs out of the room. I couldn’t step out to ask her about the remainder time while not dressed. Put my clothes on and opened the door I asked her that I booked 30 min why did we stop short, she respond with” 30 min is only an estimated time “. That’s insane over never not go... read more
