Honestly the worst place I’ve lived, I had an ESA when I first moved in an had all the right documentation an they were still trying to argue saying it’s not dog friendly but at the time she was with my grandparents trying to get this sorted out but comes to find out there were dozens of dogs in my apartment alone. me and my boyfriend love living here, its quite and very nice. management is easy to get ahold of as well. They handled a situation that happened in January very well and was able to get everything cleaned up in a timely manner and they communicated very well during that week!! Very nice place for our first apartment.
Claim to be smoke-free, nah. Also allowing someone to smoke pot. Their "inspection" consists of walking a few steps into the apartment, sniffing air, and leaving. Dryers don't dry unleas run for 4+ hours, one has a broken timer that was never fixed. Neighbors allowing kids to stomp around well past 10pm (when quiet hours start), dishwasher leaves hard water spots, and maintenence "checks" it by just seeing if it turns on. The only thing worse than their unsafe units is their service. Elevator stopped mid floor. Screws sticking out of patio. Railings were loose. I don't think I will ever return. I don't need to rent here.
