Horrible customer service, crappy hotel – The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the "value". I called the hotel and informed the manager that we would be traveling to Sedona for my birthday, so I asked her what kind of deals she could give us. She price matched the price I saw on expedia & told me that she would upgrade me to the king suite with a jacuzzi. When we arrived on Friday evening they put us in the wrong room.
