Incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers. Horrible experience. Please read through all the one star reviews before buying anything from this florist.
I had my noise cancellation headphones on and didn’t know a flower delivery was coming for my mom. My mom texted me last minute to grab something off the porch. Our dogs were barking, and between that and my headphones, I didn’t hear the driver the first time. When she came back and I opened the door, she was really short and irritated with me, saying something like “really, you didn’t hear me with the dogs barking?” before handing me the flowers.
