The basket was lovely and my friend enjoyed it. However, I requested a delivery date of 8/12 and it was delivered 5 days early. I am disappointed it didn’t arrive on her birthday.
I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent order. I specifically chose a bouquet over a week in advance for my mother’s birthday, and what was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered online. I understand that florists sometimes need to make substitutions, but this arrangement didn’t just have a few tweaks — it was completely different.
