I have been a patient of Wildflower Dental for the past 7 years. I really can't tell you how pleased I have been. The service and treatment has been superlative. Dr. Cho is very friendly and extraordinarily knowledgeable. A few years ago I had to have a cavity filled in a wisdom tooth in the back of my mouth and they handled it beautifully. Jeneen is my hygienist and she is wonderful. She knows my teeth better than I do and checks all the vulnerable spots with tremendous care. I went to Wildflower Dental in Sun City with my mom's recommendation and had an overall positive experience, despite having anxiety prior. I wore braces in the past, but never needed the type of dental work I recently required, which included a tooth being pulled, bone graft, and bridge. Dr. Cho & his staff were very polite and thoroughly explained the different options available to me before I made any major decisions. I was told I needed a deep cleaning which cost $70.00 on top of my insurance. I had it done. Then at my next cleaning I was told I can no longer receive regular cleaning and had to pay for deep cleaning. They were never up front with me when before the initial deep cleaning. They said it was the law. What law? Is there a dental police? These people are not very honest. I will no longer return to that office after almost 25 years.

The dental care may be wonderful here, but we were not able to get beyond the conflicting and confusing policies in the front office. My parents came here for years. After my father had a stroke, I had to move his cleaning appointment to several months later. After we arrived for the rescheduled appointment, checked in, paid the copay, and settled my dad with his walker, a receptionist asked when his stroke was.
