They kept my entire deposit, charged me an additional $150, and sent it to collections even though I left the unit in better condition than when I moved in. I went out of my way to hire my own cleaner before leaving to make the process easier for them. It’s honestly hurtful to see residents who truly care for their homes treated this way.

This is by far the worse property management company there is not only as a whole 11Residential but down to the individual employees. Val, Latisha, and Michael. Mistake after mistake was made by the staff. Every single time there was an issue Val was quick to be accusatory and blamed me for the mistake. I was blamed for not paying utilities, incorrect ledger, not having renters insurance, and other mistakes.
