Missing swings on playset for a while now.
Welcome to wildflower apartment where they try to towl your car if your car has expired tabs not the people that don't live here parking here. This place has down here. The kids play area is all tagged up and there screws everywhere for sure not a safe for kids. Do better wildflowers. Would avoid this apartment complex
If I could give zero stars, I would. We moved into Wildflower Apartments in Kennewick in November after relocating for work, expecting a safe and maintained place to live. That has not been our experience at all. By December 14th, we noticed mold forming around our bathroom exhaust fan. We submitted a maintenance request, and their solution was to come in and simply wipe it away. No inspection, no treatment, nothing. I've been here going on 3 yrs, my neighbors are considerate and keep the noise at a low level. I work nights so I have no issues when I sleep during the day. Everybody tends to stay to themselves and I really appreciate that!
