If I could give zero stars, I would. We moved into Wildflower Apartments in Kennewick in November after relocating for work, expecting a safe and maintained place to live. That has not been our experience at all. By December 14th, we noticed mold forming around our bathroom exhaust fan. We submitted a maintenance request, and their solution was to come in and simply wipe it away. No inspection, no treatment, nothing. I've been here going on 3 yrs, my neighbors are considerate and keep the noise at a low level. I work nights so I have no issues when I sleep during the day. Everybody tends to stay to themselves and I really appreciate that!
They kept my entire deposit, charged me an additional $150, and sent it to collections even though I left the unit in better condition than when I moved in. I went out of my way to hire my own cleaner before leaving to make the process easier for them. It’s honestly hurtful to see residents who truly care for their homes treated this way.
