This is by far the worse property management company there is not only as a whole 11Residential but down to the individual employees. Val, Latisha, and Michael. Mistake after mistake was made by the staff. Every single time there was an issue Val was quick to be accusatory and blamed me for the mistake. I was blamed for not paying utilities, incorrect ledger, not having renters insurance, and other mistakes. Okay first and foremost thank u to Val and her assistant for making this place our home! Our experience was amazing like them of course, Communication was the key to all this and they didn’t miss a step of it, they made every step so easy. The moment I step foot in the office i felt like where do I sign before looking at the place lol but honestly these wonderful team won’t leave u disappointed

We were a co-signer for my daughter. This place is awful. Their rates are expensive, their property manager lied to us about how their leasing special works, and they were not responsive to emails or in the office during office hours. They made my daughter pay a breakage fee of 2k, payback her leasing special in full even though they had already applied it, and did not give back her deposit and did not provide any written reason to keeping it. I was maintenance for wildflower apartments.i just want everybody to be aware of how they handle mold and work orders is not it. Very un professional.DO NOT MOVE IN!!!
