If you have more then 2 kids the landlord will be harassing you about everything for all the other kids in the complex I've been living here since 2017-2023 I have 4 kids, 2 kids that have a disability the other parents here don't understand why I'm the only parent getting picked by the landlord for the kids in the complex all doing the same thing together. Don't rent here if you have kids please the landlord will harass you.
all alcoholics and meth dealers paradise...total losers for neighbors...pathetic joke for a manager....police are there constantly...you'll move within a few months so why bother?
Beautiful, well-kept grounds, quick maintenance, relatively quiet neighborhood, convenient to stores and bus stops, very friendly staff. We've lived here nearly 10 years and have no plans to move.
Quality of life was fine, but they charged me $150 out of my deposit to paint the walls - walls which were NOT DAMAGED when I moved out. It's garbage and it's a property company abusing their tenants.
