Just moved in and the place has rats. I have continuously called and put in maintenance requests about this situation. They said it was fixed and yet it has not been. The managers here also manage lafreniere, orange park, and Breckenridge apartments so I wouldn't move there either. Manager was extremely passive aggressive when I brought it up to her.
