We were excited to rent an apartment here but ultimately disappointed in management's handling of our application. Their summer promo stated all fees would be waived and that the first two weeks of rent would be free. However, there was no way to complete the online app without paying the fees. We were told if we paid the fees they would be deducted from our first month's rent, so we paid them because we were sure we would move in here. Upon receiving the Welcome Letter from the property manager, none of the fees had been de... read more
