I lived at Wildflower for 2 years during school at it was great! The staff was always helpful, the amenities are awesome, and the walk to classes was so short. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome place!

The single worst housing experience I’ve suffered. Constant, money-grabbing behavior coupled with an aging building and terrible maintenance. Avoid if possible. Highlights include: - Never thoroughly cleaned the apartment at move in, thick layer of dust on all hard to reach surfaces - Washer machine that only further dirtied clothes, no replaced despite 3 failed maintenance attempts - AC unit breaking numerous time. I had high hopes for this complex given the monthly rental price being exceptionally higher than other places. Helped my daughter move in at the beginning of the month and found the apartment was not exactly cleaned very well. If you can't remove stains from the bathtub, perhaps it's time to replace it. The stove top was dirty and the cabinet below the sink damaged. We reported it to management and nothing was done.
