Exploitative, Unsanitary, and Hostile This complex targets students with relentless money-grabbing tactics. They manufacture fines out of thin air — anything from vague parking violations to arbitrary infractions. The apartments are crawling with bed bugs, mice, and roaches. If you report it, you get charged for pest control, even when the infestation clearly spreads from neighboring units. Despite supposedly having pest management in place, the problem never goes away. Staff was excellent! We toured the complex and was impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds, the amenities, the parking garage, and the location. After touring numerous places prior to coming to the Wildflower, we were overwhelmed by the thought of not finding a safe, secure, clean place for our twin boys who will be attending UF Fall of 2026. Wildflower checked all of our boxes and then some. Big shout out to Meghan and Gabby!!
Pros: location close to hospitals, friendly staff, plenty of parking , large units Cons: some older appliances (not really bad just not too modern) I’ve been here a year and haven’t had any major problems like some of the other reviews.. would live here again.
I love everything about this place all of the women at the front desk are accommodating and pleasant in every way possible.
