1 Star – Avoid This Apartment Complex This was by far the worst apartment experience I've ever had. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm would suddenly go off at an extremely loud volume, waking everyone up. This happened multiple times during our stay and was incredibly disruptive and stressful. On top of that, management deducted money for nearly every little thing very unreasonable. Horrible building. Fire alarm never stops going off. Things are constantly broken (right now it's half of the doors to enter into the building and the wifi). Management throws random small events (like pizza parties) instead of actually fixing any issues in the building. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Find another, nicer building. For anyone in the medical school, choose Bartram. It's a little further but much nicer and less issues. The proximity to school does NOT make up for the multitude of problems.
