Love living here- Kaspian is amazing
Was kind of skeptical bc the buildings appear older and have some bad reviews, but they have a great property manager. The unit we toured was totally updated. This place has a pool and sauna, guest restrooms. I thought it was clean. Does not seem ghetto. I think Kaspian is smart and communicates well. This place is one you have to come see to appreciate.
Management and staff combative and not helpful. Possible criminal activity as well. The police have been called at least a half dozen times when I was there.
I'm new here and so far I LOVE it! Anytime I have a question or need Kaspian goes above and beyond to get the job done!! Also very happy with how well kept the grounds are kept up! Wonderful place to to live!!
I almost didn't tour because of the reviews but I am really glad I did! I met with Fred first who told me Kaspian was on another tour, when she came back she was incredibly professional and personable. She went over the criteria with me, and we even laughed about having the same last name! Wildflower was very clean, quiet and looked to be well taken care of - I am in my current lease until August and if there are any units available when it's time to move, wildflower is where I will apply to!
