Disappointing – Last Friday night, we decided to try Wildfish in Arlington Heights. Based on the positive reviews we had read we expected excellent food. What we got was mediocre at best. We go out for sushi almost every week and are familiar with good Japanese food. We started our meal with two bowls of miso soup. Best sushi place in the Northwest Suburbs!!!! – I first tried Wildfish about 4 years ago when this part of Arlington Heights was rebuilt. I was fairly new to eating sushi, so it was a pleasant suprise to have the wonderful chefs help me along with selections for my date and I. Best Sushi by FAR! – I'm completely addicted to this place despite it's high price. Really the BEST sushi I have had by Far. I have been to most of the highly rated sushi places in Chicago (Sushi Samba, Mirai, Coast, Blu Coral, Tsunami, etc) and Wildfish is soooo much better. Great but really pricey – Me and my husband tried this place last night. We both agreed that the sushi was fresh and really original (the one with the mozzerella cheese melted all over it was really good and interesting), but at 12-18 dollars a roll (for the good ones, and if you're going to try this place, you must get the good ones), it's kind of hard to think about going back and trying more. Great Sushi and good ambiance. – Ever since moving to Chicago, I've been searching for a decent sushi place. Wildfish is definitely going to be the sushi restaurant I'll be going to from now on, and I recommend it to everybody. Best Sushi we have ever had!!!! – I have too much to say about this restaurant in a post. Cosmo contmpo in style with great ambiance and exceptional cuisine...I have been with my wife to many sushi restaurants spanning the country and have never been to a place as good as this. it not the sme anymore – I've been to wildfish several times know and it just keep getting better and better, the food is great and very creative, and the service is just wonderfull. but what happened, the quaulity is not there and it seems not the same any more?
LOVED IT!! – I have been all around the suburbs trying to find a decent place for "non-fishy" sushi. Wildfish offers a great selection of traditional and contemporary sushi, as well as delicious sushi-free dishes. You can't beat it, I'm addicted!! The restaurant is much less crowded during the weekdays.
