Worst place ever it’s not worth the low price I promise you. Since day one there have been roaches this place is beyond infested. I’m at a point where I’ve tried everything, keep it spotless I don’t even cook anymore & I still see & smell them. They also do pest control very frequently nothing works. I've been here 10 months now and I love it. The staff is extremely friendly and always eager to assist the tenants. DeLexus is the maintenance person here. She is polite and makes repairs quickly. I never have to call back for anything she works on. Jackie, the property manager is patient and will answer all of your questions. And last but not least Isaiah the assistant manager/ heart of the community is always helpful. These people along with my wonderful neighbors make this place feel like home.
DO NOT RENT HERE! The photos in the website are outdated and misleading! There is mold and roach 🪳 infestation. Property management keeps changing. Amenities are inaccessible and not maintained. Equipment always broken and pool is never cleaned. One child death by drowning due to lack of safety measures.
I wanted to live here but after hearing and seeing videos of roaches I can't omg I just can't , and then for them to respond like this was crazy , naw I'll pass and thank you for the truth
