I spoke with Isaiah Davis on multiple occasions when trying to schedule a time to come view the complex. I needed to reschedule and then cancel and he was flexible and professional. I've talked to so many people in positions like his the last couple of weeks and he has been the easiest to work with. Although I didnt get to come view them I appreciated his efforts.

I had to come back add new comments, I live at Wildewood South apartments for year now, it's been the best decision still. Manager Jackie has really made a community look different in a positive way, she handles situations with a swift response. I have to give recognition also to one of her team member Lex, came in and fix my air condition unit, offer my family a window unit while she check out what was wrong. This property clearly under new management as things here are really shaping up beautiful since my last visit. Breezeways pressure washed and look amazing. The new manager and her assistant are absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable and helpful. Maintenance staff are on the ball as well making this a fantastic little property with superb location. Worst place ever it’s not worth the low price I promise you. Since day one there have been roaches this place is beyond infested. I’m at a point where I’ve tried everything, keep it spotless I don’t even cook anymore & I still see & smell them. They also do pest control very frequently nothing works. This place is a nightmare I can’t wait to get out of here it’s only been 7 months!

I’ve been here going on two months now. So far so good. Maintenance is pretty thorough and punctual. The place is a little smaller than I’d like and probably could use a few more closets, but it’s cozy and I can call at home. It’s right across the street from the high school, which is great for me because no more missing the bus for my kids lol…I love the neighbors who have plants or little gardens on their back patio; speaking of neighbors, they are pretty friendly and I love seeing the kids be kids on the playground.
