First who ever that gal is that answers your phone for you should be gone, she was rude and hung up on me before I had a chance to say thank you, have a good day. That in my eyes is someone there only to collect a check NOT there to do the job. No kindness, NO professionalism. Even if you DONT have the size of unit someone needs, there is no reason for you to be quick with answering and then just HAND UP! I loved living there for the first few years, and then Debbie ruined it. She was not only rude as heck, but also verbally and mentally abusive. I didn't do anything to deserve the way she treated me (and others). If she hasn't screwed you over yet, she will eventually.
