Chelsea has been very responsive and helpful with anything brought to her attention. Staff have been developing more community opportunities to get to know fellow residents.
2 years ago I gave this community 5 stars because the staff was absolutely amazing, and extremely helpful.. since then we have had staff changes with the manager (twice), and leasing agent and maintenance. Im not sure who the new manager is, but dear god she is the rudest, most unpleasant manager I have ever met, she doesnt know what she is doing at all, and makes being in the office unpleasant. I cannot say enough positive things about the service and Maintenance Team here—they truly set the gold standard for apartment living. They are consistently the best and most reliable team I’ve ever experienced. Whenever I submit a request, regardless of whether it’s a minor repair or a more complex issue, they are incredibly fast and efficient. I have been here for a month and so far it's amazing! Chelsea was amazing to work with during the whole application and move in process. And the maintenance team is very quick to respond to service tickets.
Had a neighbors pipe leak due to lack of maintenance and had damage to our apartment. Apartment managers merely stated accidents happen. Carpets and walls needing replacements. Fans and machines all over that are loud and extremely hot, making it near unlivable. Ours and our pets lives are upended and the most we get is a weak "sorry" and "find a hotel" And if we want to transfer out due to the damage. We have to PAY for it?!
