I was really impressed with Jasmine immediately upon entering the office. She greeted me with a smile and a friendly attitude. I was lead on a wonderful tour of the community, she had answers for all of my questions and I did have a lot! I typically do not write reviews but it's just nice and refreshing to meet a young lady that is professional and genuine.
Chelsea has been very responsive and helpful with anything brought to her attention. Staff have been developing more community opportunities to get to know fellow residents.
2 years ago I gave this community 5 stars because the staff was absolutely amazing, and extremely helpful.. since then we have had staff changes with the manager (twice), and leasing agent and maintenance. Im not sure who the new manager is, but dear god she is the rudest, most unpleasant manager I have ever met, she doesnt know what she is doing at all, and makes being in the office unpleasant. I cannot say enough positive things about the service and Maintenance Team here—they truly set the gold standard for apartment living. They are consistently the best and most reliable team I’ve ever experienced. Whenever I submit a request, regardless of whether it’s a minor repair or a more complex issue, they are incredibly fast and efficient. I have been here for a month and so far it's amazing! Chelsea was amazing to work with during the whole application and move in process. And the maintenance team is very quick to respond to service tickets.
